Join us for the Red Carpet Premiere of Gluten Is a Joke, a feature-length documentary produced entirely in Central Florida. 

Hosted by comedian James Yon, the evening will include a full screening of the film followed by a live Q&A with members of the filmmaking team. 
To ensure an inclusive experience, the film will be presented with closed captions.
Through comedy, expert interviews, and absurd reenactments, Gluten Is a Joke investigates how celiac disease became the punchline of a cultural joke and the real-world consequences for the millions who have no choice but to live gluten free.
