Norman Studios is a major piece of Florida and American film history hiding in Jacksonville’s Arlington neighborhood. It is the last surviving silent-film studio complex from the period when Jacksonville was known as the “Winter Film Capital of the World.” In 1916, Jacksonville had more than 30 motion-picture companies operating in the area.
Members will have an opportunity to tour portions of the historic Norman Studios complex and view exhibits.
