community is vital, and the Mentorship
Committee works with industry professionals
and local universities to create mentorship
opportunities for those breaking into the

to: advanced screenings, Jingle Mingle
(annual holiday gala) and the WIFT golf

seminars/workshops |

Public Awareness committee is WIFT-FL’s
in-house marketing and public relations
resource. |

Creating and sending out a quarterly newsletter
• Managing
the WIFT-FL website • Working
with all of the other committees to collect
news and information for publicity • Creating
promotional material for prospective members,
donors and sponsors • Managing
relations with industry publications • Acting
as the group’s press contact |
