Shannon

Shannon is the Director of Development
for the Orlando Shakespeare Theater. She joined the Orlando
Shakespeare Theater in July after a six and a half year tenure
as the Director of Marketing & Development at Enzian Theater
in Maitland
where |
|
she
managed a
$2M budget and marketed more than 250 films per year. Shannon
oversaw all programming, marketing, advertising,
public relations, promotions, and fund raising for the Theater
and the Florida Film Festival, as well as five other mini-festivals.
She has also worked for the Metro Orlando Film & Entertainment
Commission and the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission.
Shannon has a B.A. in English Literature from the University
of Central Florida and recently completed the Crummer Management
Program at Rollins College. Shannon sits on the board of directors
of Women in Film & Television-Florida, Enzian Theater’s
Advisory Council, the Florida Film Festival selection committee
and teaches Screening & Selling: Guerrilla Marketing
for Independent Films at UCF.
