Producer/Director/Cameraman Extraordinaire. Randy joined tGg from Adrenaline Films, one of the Southeast’s largest production companies where he served as President of the company. Before joining Adrenaline, Randy was with Nickelodeon
Studios where he worked on over 100 television shows as DP, Technical Producer. Prior to Nickelodeon Randy spent 9 years as owner of his own production company Randy Baker Productions, a full service digital production company located in Central Florida specializing in directing and shooting high-end film style video production for both broadcast and corporate clients. He has spent the last two decades as an accomplished Producer, Director and DP pushing the limits both creatively and technically. Combining multiple disciplines with diverse clients has allowed Randy to create a right brain, bottom line approach to creative solutions for communication problems. His award winning work not only dazzles the eye but also stirs the soul. Randy has also served as Executive Producer and Director for Harcourt Brace the nations largest text book publisher. Over the last several years Randy has co-authored three books on the production business and numerous articles for national trade magazines. He lectures and conducts workshops on High Definition, Convergence, the Future of Producing, Interviewing Techniques, Advanced Camera Techniques, Creative Filter Use and Lighting. Randy is an active member of the community and has served on the Board of the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association. He is one of the co-founders and past Presidents of the International Television Association and currently one of the founding members and a board member for the new MCA-I Orlando chapter. He is past Co-Chair of the ADDY Awards and an active Board Member of the Orlando Advertising Federation. He has served on the Faculty Selection Committee for University of Central Florida and the State of Florida Accreditation Committee for Florida Universities. He also currently serves as the liaison for both MCA-I and OAF for the Digital Media Alliance – Florida. Randy has earned a BA in Film & Television, a BS in Secondary Education and an MS in Instructional Technology.
